Leasily – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Leasily mobile application (“App”), operated by Rekube Digital. By using Leasily, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

 

1. Eligibility

– You must be at least 18 years old to use Leasily.

– You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

 

2. Use of the App

• You agree to use Leasily only for lawful purposes related to property leasing, management, and sharing.
• You may upload documents (tenancy contracts, IDs, A2A forms, property photos/videos) only if you have the right to do so.
• You may not use the App to:
  1. Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  2. Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  3. Violate the rights of others (intellectual property, privacy, etc.).

 

3. User Content

– Any documents, photos, or information you upload remain your property.

– By uploading, you grant Leasily a limited right to store, display, and share that content within the App, according to your choices.

– You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share.

 

4. Sharing and Transactions

– Leasily is a facilitation tool. We do not verify the accuracy of documents, listings, or agreements exchanged between users.

– All transactions, contracts, and negotiations remain the sole responsibility of the users involved.

– Rekube Digital is not a party to any agreements made between users.

 

5. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that:

– Violate these Terms.

– Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.

– Abuse the App or its features.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

– Leasily is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

– Rekube Digital makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

– While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we do not guarantee that your documents or information will always be available, free from loss, corruption, accidental deletion, or unauthorized access.

– You are strongly encouraged to maintain your own backup copies of all important documents and information.

– To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rekube Digital is not liable for any damages, disputes, data loss, or losses resulting from your use of the App.

 

7. Changes to Terms
