Leasily is developed and operated by Rekube Digital. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Leasily mobile application.

– Account Information: name, email, phone number, profile photo, company name, professional ID (such as RERA ID).

– Uploaded Documents: tenancy contracts, IDs, cheques, title deeds, Form A, Ejari, A2A forms, and other documents you choose to upload.

– Property Media: photos, videos, and floor plans that you choose to share.

– Usage Data: device information, app performance data, crash logs, and interactions with features.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

– Create and manage user accounts.

– Enable app features such as calendar scheduling, document upload/download, and property sharing.

– Facilitate sharing between agents, landlords, and tenants where you choose to do so.

– Improve our services, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security.

– Send notifications about updates, appointments, or property activity.

 

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following cases:

– With Other Users: Only when you explicitly choose to share (e.g., property packs, A2A forms, tenancy documents).

– With Service Providers: For hosting, storage, analytics, and crash reporting.

– Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

– Your data is stored securely on trusted cloud services (e.g., Google Firebase).

– Sensitive documents are encrypted in storage and transfer.
